This Privacy Policy describes how AudToro LLC, operator of the AudToro marketplace (“Company,” “Platform,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our marketplace connecting music producers (“Producers”) and clients (“Clients”).

  • Profile details (bio, services, pricing, availability)
  • Mobile phone number and SMS verification status if you choose to verify your phone number or use account security features

Booking & Usage Data:

  • Session bookings and transaction history
  • Messages between users (if applicable)

Payment Information:

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe may collect payment information, billing details, and identity verification data.

Device & Technical Data:

3. Payment Processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe Connect to process payments. By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Stripe may collect and process personal data including payment details, identity verification, and transaction information. We only receive limited information necessary to operate the Platform.

  • With other users as necessary to complete bookings
  • With service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments and Twilio for SMS account verification and security messages)

  • To protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your mobile phone number with service providers, including Twilio, solely to send account verification, security, and two-factor authentication messages on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
